A few thing have happened in the last couple of weeks and I haven’t had the time to deal with them properly as I have been really busy.
No it wasn’t my Birthday and I didn’t miss it mines not to the end of July. I gave up smoking a whole year ago last week, which was a monumental achievement for me a heavy smoker since the age of 12 – 13. When I gave up I was smoking in region of 40 a day and didn’t really have the worries of a bad cough or anything like that. I had 8 years earlier promised myself I would quit when my daughter Erin was born but I put it of and of until a Sunday morning on the 19th June I had just came in from a all night shoot in London and was going to bed when I just said that’s it when I get up I will be a non smoker so I did with the help of quite a few packets of Polo’s you know the mints with the hole.
I went went out on the Monday and bought myself this 50mm 1.4 and so its this lens birthday this week so I gave it a photo shoot last night with a couple of flashes I quite like the shot hope you do too.
